The York (STS) Functional Cable Crossover features uniquely angled weight stacks that help provide a more compact footprint than most cable crossover machines. It performs like a hybrid between a functional trainer machine and a traditional cable crossover.
The York Barbell Functional Cable Crossover features 11-gauge steel construction with a powder coat finish available in white or silver. The weight stacks are 200 lbs each, and the adjustable pulleys allow users to create a wide array of exercises, especially when combined with a quality adjustable weight bench.
