Rack was way to high. Unless this is for children only. I had to use the bottom bolt as the top and drill new holes to lower the rack about 5 inches. Other than that. The quality of the metal and build is nice.
Hi Caleb...Its hard to tell from the pictures but are you sure the bar holders were to high?...The pictures make it look like the pad is just installed too low. Were there more than 1 set of holes for the pad?
