This Warranty applies only in the United States to products manufactured or distributed by Body-Solid, Inc.(Body-Solid) under the Body-Solid brand name. The warranty period to the original purchaser is:
BODY-SOLID warrants the In-Home Warranty as follows:
LIFETIME: Frame & Welds
LIFETIME: Pulleys, Bushings, Bearings, Hardware, Plates, Guide Rods
LIFETIME: Cables, Upholstery, Grips (Normal Wear)
Body-Solid warrants that the Product you have purchased for non-commercial use from Body-Solid or from an authorized Body-Solid reseller is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the Product, is your proof of the date of purchase.
This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the Product from you.
It excludes expendable parts such as paint and finish.
This Warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the Product is assembled / installed according to the instructions / directions included with the Product.

All items are shipped via FedEx or Freight truck and do not include inside delivery or set-up.
Items shipped via FedEx will be brought to your door. We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Sorry but we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.
In rare situations, some areas may be considered undeliverable. Those orders will simply be refunded.

...I finally retired from the gym business, moved to NM from CO and bought a 200 sq ft shed to use as a home gym. I had taught Spinning the last 17 years of my gym career (and was the PT/Fitness Class Director at the last gym in CO I worked at) so I bought a Schwinn Spin Bike, and really wanted a Concept 2 but was running out of room. Found out about the Body Solid Rower and took a chance on it, and I was really surprised at how good it is! Smooth (as long as I take care of the Functional Trainer I have it attached to), took off the front wheels to make it a little shorter to store it when not in use, and while I do lots of HIIT cardio outside, when the weather is not cooperating I spin and row, and also use the rower as a warm up on lifting days, and I can't recommend the Body Solid enough, even if you have room for a Concept 2; use the $1000 you'll save on lots of other gym equipment for your home gym!
