How to measure:
Use a flexible tape or string to measure around the center of your unflexed bicep.
- XS- 11-12.5" (28-32cm)
- S- 12-13.5" (30-34cm)
- M- 13-15.5" (33-40cm)
- L- 15-165" (38-42cm)
- XL- 16-17.5" (41-44cm)
*If you measure near the lower end of a size, consider sizing down for more compression
